Customers shall not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information obtained from our website. Customers may view and download materials from our Web Site for the Customers’ personal, non-commercial use, provided that the Customers retain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained in the original materials on any copies of the materials. Customers may not modify the materials obtained from this Website in any way or reproduce or publicly display, perform, or distribute or otherwise use them for any public or commercial purpose. For purposes of these Terms, any use of these materials on any other Website or networked computer environment for any purpose is prohibited. The materials at this Website are copyrighted and any unauthorized use of any materials at this Website may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws. If the Customers breach any of these Terms, the authorization to use this Site automatically terminates and the Customers must immediately destroy any downloaded or printed materials.

CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND OUR CONTROL (FORCE MAJEURE)

We shall not be liable to our Customers for any breach, hindrance or delay in the performance of our obligations to our Customers attributable to any cause beyond our control, including without limitation:

(a) Outbreak of disease, epidemic or pandemic or endemic, lock-outs or lock-downs or any restriction order issued by the government in accordance to laws.

(b) Strikes, civil unrest, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war(whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war.

(c) Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, or other natural disaster.

(d) Impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport.

(e) Impossibility of the use of public or private telecommunications networks.

(f) The acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government, shipping, postal or other relevant transport strike, failure or accidents.

We reserve absolute discretion on the solution we adopt to fully meet our obligations to our Customers and we shall in our best endeavour process and ship our products soonest possible depending on the circumstances of the situation and in accordance to the Government’s direction from time to time.

REGISTRATION & ACCOUNT SECURITY

To register with the Company website and/or mobile app, Customers must be over eighteen (18) years of age. Customers are required to register before placing any order through website or mobile app. During the registration, required details must be provide to us with accurately complete and up to date information. Customers must safeguard their own username and password. Customers are hereby deemed to have authorize us to assume that any person using the website and/or mobile app with the Customers’ username and password is either the Customers or is authorized to act for the Customers.

We have absolute discretion to refuse registration of a potential Customer and terminate the registration of any Customers for any reason whatsoever. Customers must inform us immediately of any changes to the information that had been provided so that we can communicate with Customers effectively.

Customers shall be liable for every order made under the Customers login account and hereby agrees to indemnify the Company for all claims, damages whatsoever made by any third party arising from the actions of any person placing orders through our website or mobile app using the Customers login account. Please notify the Company immediately and effectively if there is an unauthorized use of the Customers login account.

PRICE & PRODUCT

All orders are subject to confirmation of final availability and we reserves the right to reject the order in the event that any of the product or services requested is unavailable. In the event that we are unable to fulfil any of the product or services in your order, we will notify you by phone or email.

All pictures and images products displayed on our website and mobile app are for illustration purposes in order to help our Customer to recognize the products only. The actual size, dimension and color of the product may different from the actual products.

Prices charged for purchases on our website and/or mobile app may be different from those charged by our agents and/or beauty saloon. Prices are subject to change without prior notice and all orders are subject to Company’s acceptance at its sole discretion and stock availability. The prices charged are those applicable on the day you order.

ORDER & PAYMENT

Customers may make payment by using eNETS (internet banking), debit cards or credit cards (Visa/MasterCard). Please note that we do not accept cash on delivery (COD).

All payments are processed immediately via the payment gateway, hence Customers will not be able to cancel the order once the Customers have confirmed the payment. Orders are confirmed once payments have been completed and Customers will receive a confirmation via email with the necessary order details. If Customers do not receive a confirmation via email within 24 hours, please contact us and do not re-create an order to prevent duplication.

We may cancel an order if the product is not available for any reason. We will notify our Customers if this is the case and return any payment that have been made. Refund will be credited within 14 days (or earlier) into our Customer’s credit card account or banking account. Customers are not allowed to cancel the order once a Confirmation of Order is issued or where payment has been made. We shall not be liable for any credit card fraud or online banking fraud.

RETURN POLICY

We are dedicated to offer our Customers the best premium products from Switzerland and are here to assist if your order is not quite as expected. Customers are entitled for a replacement (subject to stock availability) or refund for products that are defective or damaged due to our fault only. Exchange is only allowed for the same item.

Therefore we are not responsible for any damage done as result of the rough handling or reckless mishandling by the courier company, its agent or employees or any third party. As such we regret to inform we do not accept a request for product replacement or a refund to the Customers in such circumstances.

If Customers would like to return a damaged product (that is due to our fault only), please email us via your account and formally lodge a return request within seven (7) days from the date of receipt of the product. In this circumstances, postage fees will be borne by us.

Item must be in its original purchase condition. The product must be unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner. In the case of items purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack, Customers are only allowed to return the damaged product and not the entire set. Items must be returned together with its original box and/or packaging and official receipt.

Customers must include as much information as possible including photos so that our team can assist as quickly as possible. Customers are not allowed to changed a damaged product with a different type of product.

CHANGE OF MIND RETURN POLICY

If an item has been received as advertised without fault, we are not required to provide a refund or replacement of product merely because our Customers had a changed of mind.

DELIVERY

At the moment we only deliver our products within local Singapore only.

We are committed to deliver your order as soon as we can. Order that is made by 3pm will be delivered within 3-5 business days. The cost of delivery for all orders will be borne by us.

We aim to deliver within the time frame indicated but we are not able to guarantee any firm delivery dates upon order and to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses or loss of use arising out of late delivery or missing delivery caused by the courier company.

IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION:

We deliver orders from Monday to Saturday.

Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding national holidays.

We do not deliver on Sunday or national holidays.

If Customers place an order on a weekend or national holiday, we will process the order the next business day.

Orders cannot be split and will be delivered to a single address.

We do not ship to P.O Boxes.

Once Customers have placed an order, Customers are not allowed to make any changes. Our systems are automated and any changes might result in delays of order preparations and/or confusion. Customers must review the Customers delivery address and other required information carefully before proceeding to checkout and making payment.

In the event that the delivery address provided or other contact information is incorrect and the package is delivered, we will not be liable for any replacement or refund for missing parcel or late delivery.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION

You also agree to indemnify Mila d’Opiz Singapore, our parent company and/or our affiliates, officers, employees, agents and licensors for any loss, damages, or costs, including attorneys’ fees, resulting from your use of software robots, spiders, crawlers, or similar data gathering and extraction tools, or any other action you take that imposes an unreasonable burden or load on our infrastructure.
